1. Who we are
GNET Global Network ("GNET", "we", "us") is an international marketing and education consultancy operating from New York City, Orlando, Singapore and Bangkok. We are the data controller for personal information submitted through this website.
[GNET TO CONFIRM] Registered legal entity name, registered address, and company registration number.
2. What we collect
We deliberately collect as little as possible. This website has no analytics, no advertising pixels, no profiling and no third-party trackers.
| What | When | Required? |
|---|---|---|
| Your name | You submit the contact form | Yes |
| Your email address | You submit the contact form | Yes |
| Subject line | You submit the contact form | No — optional |
| Message content | You submit the contact form | No — optional |
| Cookie-notice preference | You close the cookie notice | Stored in your browser only |
We do not collect your IP address, location, device fingerprint or browsing behaviour on this site. We do not buy, rent or enrich contact data from third parties.
3. Why we use it and our legal basis
We use the information you send us for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it.
- Legal basis (UK/EU GDPR): your consent, given when you tick the consent box and submit the form. You may withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
- Singapore PDPA / Thailand PDPA: consent, obtained at the point of collection.
- US state privacy laws: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not process sensitive personal information.
We will not add you to a mailing list, send you marketing, or use your enquiry for any purpose other than responding to it, unless you separately ask us to.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.
Your contact-form submission is delivered directly to GNET's email inbox. The parties who may process data in connection with this site are:
- Vercel Inc. hosts this website and serves its pages.
- Google LLC serves the web fonts used for the site's typography. Loading a font from Google discloses your IP address to Google. See section 6.
- [GNET TO CONFIRM] GNET's email provider, which receives and stores your enquiry.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are retained for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and are then deleted.
[GNET TO CONFIRM] A specific retention period, for example "24 months from last contact". A policy that says only "as long as necessary" is weak under GDPR Article 13(2)(a).
6. International transfers
GNET operates across the United States, Singapore and Thailand, and works with partners worldwide. Your enquiry may therefore be read by GNET staff outside your own country, including in the United States.
Where personal data is transferred out of the UK or EEA, the transfer relies on the appropriate safeguards in Chapter V of the UK/EU GDPR. [GNET TO CONFIRM] which mechanism applies. This is typically Standard Contractual Clauses, or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have some or all of the following rights over the information we hold about you:
- Access: get a copy of what we hold.
- Rectification: correct anything inaccurate.
- Erasure: ask us to delete it.
- Restriction and objection: ask us to stop or limit our use of it.
- Portability: receive it in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent: at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
- Complain to a regulator: in the UK the ICO (ico.org.uk), in the EU your national supervisory authority, in Singapore the PDPC, in Thailand the PDPC.
To exercise any of these, email us at angel@gnetmarketing.com. We will respond within one month.
8. Children
This site is aimed at institutions and business partners, not at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes affecting existing enquiries will be notified by email where we hold an address for you.
10. How to contact us
Email angel@gnetmarketing.com with any question about this policy or about how we handle your information.
[GNET TO CONFIRM] A postal address for formal data protection requests. If GNET's processing scale requires one, also name a Data Protection Officer or an EU/UK representative under GDPR Article 27.
